Wynn started hunting alongside his dad at age two. He got his license around 12-13. His preference is straightforward: rifle over bow, elk over deer for the bigger reward, and rockfish as his favorite catch. His one piece of advice for other young hunters: never leave without your gun. The one time you do is guaranteed to be when the buck of a lifetime walks out.

Wynn’s earliest hunting memory: walking barefoot through a freshly gutted buck’s blood at the truck. He tracked it through the house. The stain never fully came out of the mop. Wynn’s go-to is fishing the middle of the jetty rather than the very tip. He adjusts based on crowd size. Casting farther out, away from the beach side, gets better rockfish results in Newport.
